Conceptualize and develop ideas that will connect the dots between business, product innovation, and user experience.
Ensure design goals are in sync with business goals.
Build a team by hiring the most talented, enthusiastic & passionate designers.
Lead the team to ship out high-quality designs without compromising on time.
Design & contribute to creating a design language, mentor other team members & grow our UX competency.
Effectively inspire & motivate not just a team of designers but also our product managers & engineers to deliver the best possible product.
Follow a data-driven process where your decisions are backed by user research, qualitative & quantitative data, engagement metrics & feedback from customers.
Create detailed specs of final designs for a seamless handover to tech.
Our Expectations from you:
At least 4+ years of experience in designing digital products.
Ability to design based on metrics to achieve long-term & short-term business objectives.
Great Leadership skills & experience in leading a team of designers.
Possesses strong documentation skills.
Familiarity in working in Agile development processes
Passionate about user behavior and analytics to make data-driven decisions
Good technical knowledge to guide the team from an engineering point of view.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the team and leadership.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for ideation & execution of product & features.
Ability to quickly turn around detailed designs & interactions without compromising on quality
Bonus Points:
Experience with Motion Designing.
Experience with Print Design, illustrations and iconography
Knowledge of frontend languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
